 As one of the lead combat shooting instructor at Mid-South Institute for 16 years, Joe has had the unprecedented opportunity to work with nearly every SOCOM, JSOC, and Tier-1 Law Enforcement agency and has built a network of knowledge from these experiences. Joe has developed relationships as an instructor and cultivated a following from several agencies that request him by name. Legacy is exceptionally fortunate to have his knowledge and experience leading the organization’s combat shooting cell. 

 Another lead instructor and veteran of the combat shooting program at Mid-South Institute, Gary, is a seasoned firearms instructor specializing in NVG and clandestine concealed carry courses. Gary began his career in 2002 as a New Orleans Police SWAT Team member before serving five years training police as an embedded police mentor in Afghanistan, Haiti, Panama, North Africa, and Kuwait. After returning home, Gary joined a Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana as a narcotics investigator and SWAT operator until 2021.
